LINK Exchange Contacts and Support
Use this page to contact LINK Exchange about an exchange order, technical issue, website content or general service question. Providing the relevant non-sensitive order details in the first message can make it easier to identify the transaction and understand the issue.
Support contact: [email protected]
Do not send private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery words or passwords. Legitimate support does not need those credentials to review an exchange issue.
Exchange Order Support
If your question relates to a current or completed exchange, include the information that identifies the order without exposing control of your wallet.
Useful details can include:
- order or transaction ID;
- exchange direction, such as LINK → BTC;
- source amount;
- deposit transaction hash;
- payout transaction hash, if already available;
- approximate time the order was created;
- a short description of what you expected and what happened.
A blockchain transaction hash is normally enough to locate an onchain transfer. A seed phrase or private key is never required for transaction tracing.
Technical Support
For problems with the exchange form, rate widgets, route availability or page behavior, describe the device and browser you are using and the step where the problem occurs. A screenshot can be useful if it does not reveal sensitive wallet information.
If an error appears only on one route, include the exact page URL and selected source/destination assets.
Wallet and Network Questions
Support can clarify which network or destination field is shown by an active order, but users should also verify compatibility inside the receiving wallet or service. An address that is valid on one network may not be suitable for another.
For general receiving guidance, see LINK wallets and wallet addresses.
Content and Policy Questions
Questions about website information, privacy, AML controls or the legal disclaimer can be sent through the same support channel. When referring to a specific statement, include the page URL and the relevant section heading.
Policy pages are also available directly:
What Not to Send to Support
Never send:
- seed or recovery phrases;
- private keys;
- wallet passwords or PINs;
- authentication codes;
- full payment-card credentials;
- remote-access credentials.
If additional verification is legitimately required for a transaction, follow only the secure process displayed or communicated through the official service channel.
Response Scope
Support can review service-side order information and explain the exchange flow. It cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer sent to an incorrect third-party address or control how an external wallet credits a transaction.
Before sending funds, use the active order details and verify the destination information. The How It Works page explains the main checks before a deposit is made.
